Holiday weeks carry a $100 surcharge to cover the staffing required to run holiday-level enrichment. Every rate already includes cage-free play, three or more daily walks, individualized feeding, photo updates, and 24/7 on-site human supervision. We do not charge separately for "premium suites" or "extended play" because those are the baseline.

For repeat boarders, ask about our extended-stay rates. For first-time families, we usually suggest pairing one boarding stay with one or two daycare days beforehand so your dog walks in already knowing the team and the space.
